I arrived to a dirty room, no heat, and barely any towels for my family. The elevator got stuck, and when I complained, the staff just didn't care. Mold everywhere too. An overall frustrating and disappointing experience!

The noise level was disruptive, with thin walls allowing sounds from neighboring rooms to filter in. Our room had a slight odor upon arrival, compromising freshness. While the lobby amenities, like cookies and lemonade, were delightful, the room felt dated and neglected. The lack of housekeeping during our stay contributed to a sense of discomfort. Despite the positives, cleanliness and maintenance definitely require improvement for a better experience.

Late arrival, but the overnight staff was welcoming. Guss at the front desk was exceptionally helpful the next day. The clean room featured a large, cozy bed and a lovely balcony—though chairs should have been provided to enjoy the view. Breakfast was enjoyable, but beware of misinformation regarding inclusivity. The gym was nice, but only for those 16 and older. Service issues arose: the concierge mistakenly tried to charge me twice. Housekeeping only operates on request. Parking was inadequate, and an elevator failure caused significant delays during checkout. Despite these challenges, the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations made for a pleasant stay. I may consider returning, but improvements are necessary.

The location was great, easy to reach many places. The room size and division were perfect. The staff at check-in and overnight were friendly and helpful, assisting with heating quickly.
The lack of cleanliness was disappointing, with stained and dingy washcloths provided. The smell of weed throughout the property was very strong, and staff didn't seem to address the issue.

The rooms were clean and spacious, but I was shocked by the rude service and a stained linen issue that took far too long to resolve. We faced an elevator malfunction and lost a dinner reservation for a special occasion, which added to our stress. Unfortunately, noise from neighboring rooms and a lack of professionalism from some staff members overshadowed the positives—definitely left feeling a bit let down.

Upon entering our room, we were greeted with a spacious and well-staged area, which was a definite plus. there were some significant drawbacks that affected our overall experience. the room had a few cleanliness issues, such as remnants of soap bubbles in the shower and items left under the couch from the previous guest. These oversights made us question the thoroughness of the housekeeping service. some amenities fell short of expectations. The jacuzzi tub jets were only functional on one side, and the bugs flying around the room were definitely unwelcome guests. The lack of proper room staging for a handicapped person and the oversight of maintaining cleanliness in the bathroom were disappointing aspects as well. the hotel had a clean pool and a lively atmosphere where guests could relax and enjoy themselves. The bar downstairs also provided a great ambience, although it was on the pricier side. the issues with cleanliness and room maintenance overshadowed the positives of our stay at the Hilton. Despite the potential it had to provide a luxurious experience, the overall quality fell short of our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. while the Hilton offers some enticing amenities and a good location, more attention to detail in cleanliness and maintenance is necessary to truly deliver a premium guest experience.

I chose Hilton for its proximity to Perimeter Mall, and I appreciated the shuttle service to nearby destinations. The Dunwoody Grill's all-day dining and casual continental cuisine were delightful.

The balcony didn't open, and the jacuzzi was unsatisfactory, despite our specific request. We also experienced a delay in room service, and the key-entry side door was insecure. I had a mixed experience with Hilton. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

super clean rooms and loved the spa tub and glass shower - also super close to hilton suites. lots of food places nearby and plenty of parking. the staff is awesome - especially quincy who made the elevator breakdown fun!

The 4,000 square-foot Pavilion was ideal for hosting our large family get-together. We easily accommodated our 250 guests for a memorable event.
My wife says that the hotel could benefit from a larger kids' play area.

Had a blast in Atlanta with my crew using the hotel as our HQ! Checked out the cool spots in the city and partied at the huge event pavilion. Was so convenient for a squad of our size!
Wish they had a more happening pool area for young party animals like us to chill and meet other cool cats.

Received complimentary lemonade and snacks upon check, in. The front staff was friendly and nice, a hot breakfast was available on, site, but you can't take it back to your room.
Stayed there for Easter, two elevators weren't working, had to wait almost an hour with a 5, month, old baby and bags on the 2nd floor. The place smelled bad, leaking roof, and room wasn't as advertised—stained walls and a dripping shower.

the hospitable staff, cleanliness, and convenient location near restaurants made for an enjoyable experience. Our one bedroom king suite was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the Southern Hospitality from the front desk reps. the hotel also offered a pool and on-site dining options, making it a convenient choice for our family.

Our stay at Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Suites was absolutely fantastic! The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, especially Quincy the maintenance guy who quickly replaced a broken microwave. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the amenities such as the pool and second TV in the room added extra enjoyment for our son.
The cleanliness of the shower and toilet area did not meet our expectations, as we noticed some trash on the floor and particles on the shower floor.
